Welcome to the IWATS X-Wing Mission Design Course!

The oldest platform, X-Wing is now often left behind in the wake of TIE Fighter, X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter, and X-Wing Alliance. But those who enjoy a challenge and remember the classic days still prefer the original Star Wars flight sim, and many of the best mission designers began working on this humble platform. It still provides an excellent training ground for beginning mission builders, and fantastic challenges for the veterean mission designers...

Here we will use X-ED, which can be downloaded at http://www.picknowl.com.au/homepages/troyd/. It is currently the preimum mission design program for X-Wing, far advanced from XMB. This course will instruct on how to use it.

About IWATS
IWATS is the Imperial Weapons and Tactics School, the premiere training academy within the Emperor's Hammer. IWATS provides many training courses, ranging from basic training of recruits in the Emperor's Hammer's structure to more specific and advanced courses such as mission writing and HTML.

About this course
This course will teach you how to create X-Wing missions using the X-Wing mission design program, X-ED.
